1. Online Consultations (Numerology & Vastu)

• No Returns or Refunds: Once a numerology or Vastu consultation has been booked and the service is provided, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
• Cancellation Window: If you wish to cancel your consultation, you may do so by contacting us at hello@chetanbsalunke.com within 24 hours of booking for a partial refund (50% cancellation fee).

2. Physical Products (Remedies, Yantras, Gemstones)

• No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any physical products sold through our website. All sales are final.
• Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us at hello@chetanbsalunke.com within 24 hours of receiving the product to resolve the issue.

• Exceptions: While we do not generally offer returns or refunds, certain exceptions may apply based on specific circumstances, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ASTROVASTU (LTD).
