Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Bookings

• Once a numerology or Vastu consultation booking is confirmed and paid for, it cannot be refunded.
• If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us via email at hello@chetanbsalunke.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

2. Physical Products (When Applicable)

• Once an order is dispatched, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
• If an order is placed incorrectly, you must inform us at hello@chetanbsalunke.com within 24 hours of purchase. We will attempt to accommodate changes if possible.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting transaction charges, shipping costs, customs duty, and any other applicable fees.

3. Processing Time for Refunds

• Any approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method.

4. Incorrect Data Submission

• Customers are responsible for entering correct details during purchase or booking. Refunds will not be issued for errors made by the customer.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

• Delivery timelines for physical products (when applicable) are estimated. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., postal service issues, customs clearance) will not be grounds for a refund.
